Friends of Tulare County (FTC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the safety, health, and well-being of all residents of Tulare County.

Incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization on October 20, 2003, FTC strives to assist underrepresented and disadvantaged populations of all ethnicities and cultures through donations, charitable giving, and grant funding.

FTC accepts donations on behalf of Tulare County to support programs that provide financial support for foster children, youth, and the elderly, as well as shelter and food for unwanted and abandoned animals. Your donation also helps with gang and suicide prevention programs, as well as public safety, fish and wildlife, parks and recreation enhancement, and assisting our aging population.

Friends of Tulare County is an all-volunteer organization consisting of seven Board Members. All board member positions are unpaid, and all work performed by Friends of Tulare County representatives with regard to solicitation of donations and applications for grant funding are performed by unpaid volunteers.

Our goal is to draw attention to opportunities to give and, in doing so, help people directly in our community.
