TC Hope is a non-profit organization formed with the goal of building the Visalia Navigation Center – a low-barrier navigation center in Tulare County. Made up of all local volunteers, TC Hope believes in the humanity of those most in need, and believes that stable housing is the first step to healing for the majority of those experiencing homelessness. Wraparound support will be at the heart of the Visalia Navigation Center. The facility will include beds, showers, meals, laundry access, pet spaces, phone/mail services, storage for personal items, and parking for residents. On-site services will include employment training, health services, substance abuse and mental health services, and connections to permanent housing. The Visalia Navigation Center is more than a shelter, and will be a critical first step in guiding our fellow unhoused neighbors towards shelter and stability.
Our goal is to fundraise $5,000 on Giving Tuesday, which will help us soon break ground on the Visalia Navigation Center.
The best ways to support TC Hope are by donating to the Visalia Navigation Center project, sharing about this project with local community members, and following us on social media.
